Mark Mowers

Mark C. Mowers is a former professional ice hockey forward and current pro scout for the Montreal Canadiens who last played for the FribourgGottron in the Swiss National League A during the 201011 season. He had previously played in the National Hockey League with the Nashville Predators, Detroit Red Wings, Boston Bruins, and Anaheim Ducks. He currently does intermission broadcasts during Bruins games on New England Sports Network. On August 17, 2012, Mowers was named pro scout of the NHLs Eastern Conference for the Canadiens. Mowers was born in Decatur, Georgia, but grew up in Whitesboro, New York.
